Training with Antonio has been an amazing experience. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly passionate about boxing. Every session is well-structured and challenging. He focuses not only on technique and conditioning, but also on confidence and discipline. Antonio genuinely cares about his athletes and their progress. I’ve seen huge improvements in my skills, fitness, and mindset since training here at Marino Boxing. Highly recommend to all ages.
Antonio is an incredible coach with great insight, and a strong passion for boxing! Would recommend to anyone looking to either learn how to box or level up. I was visiting Red Bank for the weekend and found Marino Boxing online. So happy that I reached out to Antonio via Instagram to arrange a solo session. He got back to me super fast and the next day I was in his studio! The studio itself is in pristine condition and Antonio has all the necessary equipment (kindly lending me some gloves and head gear) for a great session. The session was a perfect balance of fun and work. To warm up, we went through some drills that helped me work on my form. Antonio was great at adjusting my technique and provided me with it some helpful tips for sparring. I left the session feeling empowered and energised. Thanks again Antonio 🥊🥊
