Best boxing coach in the area. Ive learnt a ton working with Handel and others in group training over the last couple of years. Do yourself a favor, if you read this and are consider trying the gym do not hesitate.
A great place to learn boxing but also a great people to work with Take some stress out and get a great work out , coach handel is one of the best coaches i had he help me get my boxing belt with great training and always pushing me to do more I recommend this gym to anyone Beginners or expert
I’ve been boxing for just over a year and been with Coach Handel from day one. I’ve been able to learn so much from him since I started and met so many amazing people along the way. HEU Boxing is great for both beginners, like I was, and advanced fighters. I highly recommend it!
Gym is clean, beginner friendly, and is a safe welcoming environment for everyone including women. Coach Handel is passionate and patient and pays very close attention to detail. Workouts are tough, but never feel impossible. Highly recommend this gym for all skill levels.
Coach Handel already helped me win a belt under Hit ‘em up. Very knowledgeable and patient in boxing and very accommodating for starters to pros. He’s great with the kids class well. Right off Rt 9 so he’s easy to get to . Very friendly $$ toward law enforcement and military .
