I've been a member at CKO since 2018 and so far a good CKO workout never fails to leave me feeling better no matter what kind of day I've had. The space is always clean, classes are super fun and you can tailor your workout to your fitness level, plus there are plenty of classes offered to fit with your schedule. The instructors are always encouraging and ready to go with great energy, and everyone on staff is just so friendly and makes an effort to get to know members. Great gym, great workout, great people - overall just a great community to be part of
I have been a CKO member for over 4 years now, and I can still confidently say joining this gym is one of the best decisions I have ever made! As soon as you walk in the door, you immediately feel at home. Every staff member is friendly and helpful and the trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging, motivating you to reach your goals. Each trainer has their own style and the classes are always fun. The space is clean and well maintained. I can promise you this is a workout you will look forward to going to! CKO is so much more than a gym, it's a family.
I joined CKO over a year ago and it is the best decision I made! I am not someone who loves working out but CKO completely changed my mindset! The gym is clean and well maintained. The instructors and staff are friendly, motivating, and engaging. They greet you by name and really get to know each individual member. Each instructor brings their own style to the classes so you never get bored. The hour flies by as you complete your whole body workout. For added motivation- they have a 100 class, 200 class, and 250 class challenge. If you are looking for a fun workout that truly gets you into shape, look no further! Thank you CKO!!!
