Love this gym, been here a year now and it’s time for a review!! Love the staff that runs the business and this gym has everything you need. The 24 hour availability for late nights is a huge plus on the weekends when all the other gyms close early. Super clean, weights are always put back on the racks, neat and well kept all around. Every machine works, there are never any “out of order” signs this gym. Ask me yourself. @mcmuscles_
I’ve been with this gym since it opened and really appreciate that it’s open 24/7, which makes it very convenient for any schedule. It’s very important to have front desk staff who are kind, welcoming, and positive especially when you’re new and even more when you come regularly. Will and Eli does a great job at this and is always friendly and welcoming to everyone. Shoutout to the instructors Nikki and Jon they run killer workouts and bring great energy.
Great gym -fantastic atmosphere and clean. My sons love the MMA classes and the price is reasonable!!!!
I've been working out at UFC Gym Woodbridge and it's been an awesome experience! The equipment is top-notch and always well-maintained, making every workout smooth and effective. The staff is super friendly and welcoming—they create a great vibe that keeps me motivated. Plus, being open 24 hours gives me the flexibility to train on my own schedule, which is a huge win. Honestly, this UFC in is my favorite gym I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to MANY gyms in Nj over the years. The equipment is awesome, always clean, and everything feels super up-to-date. The staff is awesome — really friendly and welcoming — and the whole place just has great energy. I’ve been to a lot of gyms, but this one stands out big time. The owner buys new equipment constantly; he literally loves it. I just bought walked in and he told me they have 140lb dumbbells….most gyms stop at 100 or so It’s clean, motivating, and has everything you could possibly need, whether you’re lifting, doing cardio, or training MMA-style. I love it so much that I referred my cousin, signed up my girlfriend, and even got a few friends to join too. If you’re looking for a clean, modern, and motivating gym in the Woodbridge area, it’s 100% worth checking out.
