I never thought I'd say this, but I actually look forward to working out now! Before doing Muay Thai here, I genuinely hated exercise, but Guru Ed has completely changed my perspective. He makes every session fun and engaging, and his positive energy is contagious. Guru Ed has a real gift for motivating people and creating an environment where you want to show up and give your best.

Joining SEAMAA is one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. Guru Ed and Coach Andy are both so incredibly supportive and patient. Muay Thai has been the highlight of my week! I’ve made so many friends and have learned so much. I hope I’m able to continue to go here forever ☺️

As someone who recently started Muay Thai with no previous experience I can say that my knowledge on the skill has improved tremendously thanks to the wonderful work of guru Ed and coach Andy who are very nice people. Thanks to them I’ve fallen In love with the sport and i’m immensely grateful for them and the community they have built around SEAMAA.

I was looking into Muy Thai and an authentic place that teaches Malaysian Martial Arts very practically. Guru Ed and Coach Andy are both doing a fantastic job to really teach and condition everyone to be stronger, have higher endurance, and proper techniques during every single class. It was one of the best investments that I've made for myself over the past several months and could a lot of improvement in comparison to training alone or in other gyms!

For any brand new martial artists or those with years of experience, SEAMAA is one of the best places to learn and train. Guru Ed and Andy are incredible instructors and great people all around. They are very knowledgeable and help walk you through each step of the way. They push you to do your best without making it too overwhelming. Ive been practicing martial arts since I was very young, and I still learned so much from these classes. The classes are a lot of fun, and once you get to know everyone it gets even better. The community there is great and everyone makes you feel welcome. If you don't believe me, at least go for a trial class and I am sure you will change your mind.
