I took my 7-year-old here to check it out. This is a no-nonsense place with a highly knowledgeable and skilled instructor. He will teach you the fundamentals and the importance of working hard. You won't find a better boxing gym anywhere.

Excellent gym. All the Coaches know what they are doing and possess real experience. Head Coach/owner Tafari Lawton is an excellent coach that ensures every student corrects any mistakes, while pushing them to reach their potential. I've been going here now for a month and love it. Absolutely no egos, and everyone is there to learn from one another (How real boxing is). If you want to know how to really box, meaning having excellent fundamentals, this is the place. Put in the work and you will see. I recommend for anyone of all ages, experience etc.
