Most welcoming gym you will find. Serious coaches. Sparring all the time, and even regularly going to compete in boxing. Offers stuff for everyone, but this place you’ll learn how to fight Not just how to do cardio kickboxing 😂

For the last 5 years my son’s sole focus has been playing basketball year round. Starting something new meant stepping way out of his comfort zone. With coach Vic’s no nonsense, old school background my son has been absorbing his teachings like a sponge. It’s amazing to see how much boxing he has learned in such a short amount of time. Not only that but his fitness level and endurance are now impressive to say the least. However, most of all Coach Vic has instilled a healthy level of respect, commitment, discipline, and self-worth to my son that he has yet to even realize.

SouthPaw Gym is amazing! My son has learned so much in just the few months that’s he’s been a member! The coaches are great and I love that he’s not only building strength but he’s also building confidence in himself…and it gets him away from the video games a few days a week! 😊 I highly recommend SouthPaw Gym!
