Most welcoming gym you will find. Serious coaches. Sparring all the time, and even regularly going to compete in boxing. Offers stuff for everyone, but this place you’ll learn how to fight Not just how to do cardio kickboxing 😂

South Paw is the best boxing ring my grandson started at 5 years old and still going strong the coaches are best
