I’ve been training with Diego for about 4 months and participating in his group classes twice a week along with personal training sessions 1-2 times a week and I’m beyond satisfied. I started boxing for exercise and I also explained to Diego what my body goals were and what I hoped to get from my sessions as far as self defense. Diego customized my sessions to focus on my needs and he was very patient to take the time to explain techniques, but also pushed me harder every session. Over the past 4 months, I can’t believe how much my body has changed and how much stronger I am. I’ve played soccer my whole life and I’ve had personal trainers in the past but Diego’s combination of boxing and personal training has transformed my body + strength faster than any other type of exercise. I highly recommend Boxing by Diego for whatever your fitness and/or boxing goals are!
