If I could give this gym 10 stars, I would! I'm a visiting blue belt from San Diego and I've had the best experience here. Liam & Melissa are SO kind & welcoming, and their instruction is top notch. It's often intimidating as a female doing combat sports and visiting foreign gyms, but every time I come here I always feel super safe and welcomed. I also tried Muy Thai here for the first time and Liam was able to give me some personalized instruction and it was really so fun (great workout, too). Also, there are several women that train here already who are really knowledgeable and fun to roll with. This place is great, I highly highly recommend for men, women, and kids, not only for great exercise but for really great, individualized instruction. Thank you so much, Melissa & Liam! -Dana
I’ve been training at this gym on and off for several years, and I can confidently say it’s an excellent place to train. The classes are well-structured and organized, and the environment is clean and professional, making it perfect for learning. The head instructor is incredibly technical and provides a high level of instruction. Plus, the gym offers fantastic programs for kids, teenagers, and adults, ensuring quality training for everyone. Highly recommend this gym!
Stafford MMA has been a perfect fit for my Daughter. She loves it here. The owners & staff are all incredibly kind, patient & respectful & because of this, all of the kids that train here are kind, patient & respectful as well. They lead by example & it shows. I honestly didn't think she'd last 4 years in a sport dominated by boys but Stafford MMA has proved this Mama wrong.
Melissa and Liam are amazing people and teachers. You can tell they put their entire hearts into teaching and caring for every person who walks through their doors!
My son has been going to Stafford MMA for over 6 years now. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the owners Liam and Melissa. Our son has grown so much physically AND mentally, they are amazing with the children, they take the time to bond with the children, laugh with them but also provide focus, strength, training and knowledge! We highly recommend them and trust our son is getting the best service and training around !
