I can’t say enough great things about this Taekwondo and boxing gym. Both of my children attend, and it has been such a positive experience for our whole family. The facility is always clean and well-organized, and the coaches truly have the best interest of their students at heart. They teach more than just martial arts—they teach discipline, respect, confidence, and kindness. I’ve seen incredible growth in my shy daughter, who has become noticeably more confident since joining. My high-energy son has also become more focused and obedient, thanks to the structure and guidance the coaches provide. It’s clear that they genuinely care about each child’s individual development. I’m very happy we found this gym and highly recommend it to any family looking for a place where their children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Kicking Cat Sigala's Gym (5400 Sevilla Ave NW) is a top-notch spot for boxing and martial arts on the west side. Coach Cat and Coach Coy are excellent coaches who work personally with all their students and really understand the fundamentals. Coming from a reputable family in the fight game Cat Sigala brings real expertise passed down to her from her father. They offer drop-in classes, open houses on weekends, and open as early as 8:30 AM. Great for boxing and personal training. Definitely check them out if you're in the area!

My son has been training at the gym and is showing progress and is enjoying learning the art of kickboxing. The classes are well-structured, fun, and disciplined. The coaches are patient, encouraging, and truly care about each student. Highly recommend!

Have nothing but the best experiences. My children absolutely love the Sigala family. They mentor from their hearts with a lot of passion skill and love. The facility is clean, welcoming, and features state of the art equipment. I would recommend this gym to any and everyone !!

Great coaches! Great equipment! One of the things I appreciate the most, is that it is not a day care, coaches take their craft seriously and its somewhere that i take my daughters to actually practice, learn technique, and develop their skills! There is sparring for children and a great belt-rank system in place.
