the most supportive and constructive gyms iv trained at. Great environment for all ages. Three of my four children attend the classes. I do as well, alot of knowledge and a great work out for anyone looking to train or just get in shape
My boyfriend and I love Baca! All the coaches are supportive and patient. I had no experience coming in and they really took they’re time to make sure my technique was good. Give a walk in class a try for $10 you won’t regret it :)
The Bacas are awesome! They cater to your level while pushing you to do your best. Great for all ages & skill levels. My whole family goes!
