Evolve has welcomed me with open arms. I was shopping around for a small, supportive place that could encourage me to reach my fitness goals, and I truly feel like I found it here. CJ understands my goals and is pushing me to work and improve. I really appreciate that he listens to my needs while encouraging me to do better. I’m new, but I feel like I’m in the right place, with the right community.

I’ve been really happy training at Evolv Strong. C.J. and the other trainers run excellent small-group workouts and make sure everyone gets a challenging workout that’s still appropriate for their age and ability. I get a great workout every morning and the coaching and atmosphere are fantastic. If you’re looking for one of the best gyms in Albuquerque with knowledgeable coaching and small-group strength training, Evolv Strong is a great choice. 💪

Best gym in Albuquerque — hands down. The trainers here are absolutely top-notch. They really take the time to understand your goals and build a plan that works for your lifestyle. The atmosphere is positive, supportive, and welcoming whether you’re just starting out or already experienced. If you’re serious about getting stronger, healthier, and more confident, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

I had been working out at a gym for a long time before starting eVOLV Strong and thought I was doing good, but when I started the Shred program, I quickly realized I wasn’t doing as well as I thought. Coach CJ kicked me into second gear and beyond and got me to a place I hadn’t been in a very long time. I saw changes in my self I thought would never return and there I was…11 pounds down and 10 inches off in four weeks. The support Coach CJ gives along with his staff is one of a kind. They make you feel like family and constantly remind you that they are there for you to help you be the best version of yourself; and it’s truly genuine! I’m so glad I decided to join the eVOLV family. Thank You!

Hi CJ, I'm very happy with Evolv and the trainers because they are very professional, motivating, and friendly. I feel right at home. They have helped me a lot; I'm stronger, have more muscle, and am slimmer. It's the gym I've loved, and I wouldn't leave it for good. Thank you, CJ, for making me part of Evolv.
