I absolutely love this gym!! From the first meeting to every workout class. Trainers are awesome. Very supportive, motivating and really care. They explain everything so I understand from nutritional needs to workouts. Everyone in group is welcoming and supportive as well. Highly recommend 10 out of 10.

Performance Arc is one of the best things that has happened to me in years. 2 months ago I had a difficult time walking and could put a fresh gallon of milf on the top shelf of refrigerator. The coaches at Performance Arc came up with work out that is customized for me. They make me want to get my stability and strength back. I can now walk with out a limp I can feel me feet and my arm strength is awesome. All thanks to coach Mike, Kara and Tate. This is the place you need to be.

Performance arc is an exceptional place for all levels of fitness. I went from public gym to here and as they say within the first week saw tremendous gains. They have a great team that extremely knowledgeable (like Kevin and Mike who have been with me since the beginning helping me around every obstacle I faced) with a extraordinary owner who has always been there to answer any and every question ive had on my fitness journey. I would recommend Performance arc to any one looking to make a change for the better in their fitness journey. Plus their shirts are amazing, I recommend 100% 👌

Performance Arc is an incredible experience. I had been a member for over a year and a half, and enjoyed every session. The coaching team is knowledgeable and take their professional advice to heart. If you haven’t been much of a gym goer, or if you are a seasoned athlete they will help you achieve your fitness goals. Cannot recommend them enough!

Performance Arc has been a life changing gym. I have lost weight and gained strength. Following the diet plan and supplements, and exercises recommended by the Coach Tate and Coach Kevin have been a life changer for me. The gym has a great social atmosphere of encouragement. The gym is all around great place.
