I love this gym but pls I am on my hands and knees BEGGING yall to put up some sort of blinds/shades/window tint where the treadmills are. It’s the only thing that would make me cancel my membership because it sucks to be blinded by the sun every day when trying to work out! It would make a huge huge difference!

Yesterday, the club Manager was exceptional in handling my wife's membership renewal under Fresh Start - previously, there was confusion on the cancelation at another club, which ended up at collections. Between the Corporate Office & Manager, we had a positive experience and are happy to be back at a clean, friendly & safe gym.

I have been attending the Hilltop location since they opened and I absolutely love it! Of course it’s busy / it’s an amazing gym - so everyone wants to go there. There are certainly less crowded gyms nearby / but they do not offer everything Defined Hilltop does. The gym is spotless, there are always cleaning staff around and I always find it to smell very pleasant. The equipment is well maintained and not difficult to get on whichever piece you are hoping to use. There are multitudes of classes included in your membership. There is an amazing selection of cardio equipment / including 12 stairclimbers!! You can always get on whatever cardio equipment of your choice. The best part is the staff are very welcoming and helpful and the fellow members are friendly - even though there are a lot of people there we all talk to each other and it feels like there is camaraderie there. I have met so many nice people there since joining. It’s busy for a reason!! It’s run professionally, is clean, has professional and reliable trainers (unlike other gyms and trainers I have trained with). I would highly recommend Defined Hilltop for all your fitness needs.
