This location is awesome. They keep this club very clean, the equipment is great, and the staff is all so helpful and friendly special shout-out to Sam the manager, Marcos at the front desk, and Shawnee is def one of the best instructors around. I'm super glad I found this gym so close to home and highly recommend it if you're serious about working out....this is the place.

My husband recently had a problem when he went into Defined Fitness to cancel his account. He didn't discover for 5 months that it wasn't done. We contacted Defined Fitness and spoke to Allan in Member Services, she helped us resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. My husband has since rejoined Defined Fitness and we couldn't be happier with both the gym and their service.

Guys Felix is a star. My brother is active duty and is only here for a month. Felix explained his options and answered all of our questions. Other gyms were not soo nice that he has to deploy in a month and trying to emphasize the contract. As the sailors big sis, I appreciate Felix making the process smooth and easy on Christmas Eve. Defined needs to know Felix is out here doing great work. And we got to make great memories at the gym today. Whoo knew. What a nice experience. I would recommend this gym to anyone. Definitely speak to Felix. He is kind.

I love this gym! The pool and the exercise machines are nice. The staff is always very friendly. I originally gave a two star review because of the cleanliness of the men's locker room, and also because repairs were not being fixed in a timely manner. I have changed my rating to five stars. I have seen a significant improvement in the cleanliness of the locker room. The shower curtains were completely replaced. The parking lot lights are turning off during the day, and repairs are being fixed quickly. I am very happy that the staff is working hard to make improvements every day. Keep up the good work!

This Fitness Club is Amazing, definatly the best in the State hands down! So upscale with decent pricing! Pool, daycare, Hydro Massage room,and all classes included in your membership! And the Views of the Sandia Mountains from the Cardio deck are breathtaking!
