Great place to train! Friendly & welcoming atmosphere for all ages. My 13 year old son is working hard, learning new levels of personal discipline and loving it. Christian takes a personal interest in helping his students meet their goals, whether it is weight loss or boxing or fighting competatively. This gym is worth the short drive to Apalachin!
