If you're a combat sports fan, you have to check this place out. The historical training barns and equipment used by John L Sullivan and William Muldoon. Scott has a wealth of knowledge about the history of bare knuckle boxing that is fascinating. I highly recommend going for the Hall of Fame induction weekend. Scott, his wife Judy, and the rest of the town put on a really cool weekend for the fighters and combat sports fans. Me and my wife had a great time!

History comes alive with the stories of world champions. Carefully restored to its original training facilities the museum engulfs you in a world of yesterday’s triumphs and trials. The original equipment remains as a trophy of the training which champions and other poor souls had to go through under the torture which William “The Spartan” Muldoon put them through. Even John L Sullivan, Champion of the world, was brought to “the barn” to wear his sweat-er helping him lose weight in the middle of summer. Even today we still keep the heat in our body wearing another of Sullivan’s torture equipment, the Long John. CAUTION If visiting, do not stay the night. It is haunted!
