The champ is here! Coach Juan is one of the best trainers I’ve ever met, and his classes have been a complete godsend during this quarantine. Each class is an hour, and it’s a great mix of cardio and strength training. Plus, he’s great at modifying his workouts for different skill levels. Beginners, advanced, in between... you're gonna get some good work.

So grateful for Juan and his bodyweight workouts. They have supported me physically and mentally during COVID-19. The workouts are intelligently challenging, mood boosting and get results. Coach Juan does an amazing job at tailoring workouts to fit the needs of his clients. He creates a safe and judgement free environment for all of his clients, allowing them to feel comfortable on their body journeys. It’s been over a year now that I’ve been working with Coach Juan and the progress is both seen and felt during my training. Highly recommend!

Juan is an awesome Coach. The workouts Juan prepares for each class are great for all levels of experience and hit every body part. He also gives everyone in the class individual help/encouragement. Everyone is fun and easygoing but we work hard. Best experience with a boxing coach by far!

Juan is super knowledgeable and an enthusiastic instructor. He’s warm and encouraging every step of the way, consistently using his creativity to keep the workouts dynamic and effective. Juan provides an LGBTQAI+ safe space and is fluent in Spanish! Definite gem of NYC.
