My first class with Lyfe boxing in floral park was amazing. They push you and encourage you at any stage. Coach Steven was so welcoming and helpful. I will definitely be taking more classes.
just had my first workout session and it was a great experience. the staff was awesome—very informative, supportive, and welcoming. the workout was challenging but fun, and the environment made it easy to jump right in. i would absolutely recommend this gym to friends after my first visit.
Came in from an ad on social media and signed up for a free trial class and omg what a workout! If you are looking for a place to get a real good and intense workout this is it! Despite being so intense it was still a lot of fun and the coaches are great. Plus it is a very kind and inclusive environment. Loved it and will definitely come back.
Phew !! First Class here.. very informative, great Coaches Steven and Pete. Found my slow rhythm with their guidance.. not pushy but steadfast in making sure I understood what I was doing.. I am outta shape and I feel they will help me get back..
I had a great experience at this location. First off I got my hands wrapped with a mini tutorial. I also had a quick one on one session which I appreciated. My instructor was Pete who was very attentive in making sure I was doing things correct. The women in the class were so encouraging. Even though I was new I didn’t feel like an outsider. I will definitely be going back again.
