What a cool spot! Walked in with my boys today to check out a class their cousin takes. They were able to join in for an awesome workout. The gym is clean, well organized and bright. The energy is high and encourages movement. I can see how our nephew has been a member for 2 years !
Motivational coaches that want to see you do good, amazing gym, coaches teach you very well for beginners. The 6:15pm classes are amazing and will get you working. Thanks LYFE I will telling some friends about yall that I know will enjoy this as much as I did. Great for all ages
Had a great free trial class here with Coach Dwayne. He’s very personable and knows to gauge how you’re performing which is very important for someone trying to get back into working out.
“Great boxing class! The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and makes the workout both challenging and fun. So happy we have this opportunity in Great neck. What i like the most is that is not only Boxing, they start with a warm up which is a mix up of cardio and strength, followed by boxing combinations and ending with core station.basicalky it covers everything you need. I even got a complimantory easy to use wrap:) highly recommended! "
