Taking classes at Mugen gave me the confidence to walk around (during the day) by myself in London, Paris, and Berlin. I was able to truly enjoy vacation knowing I could protect myself.
My first kick boxing gym love the place the coaches teach you at your leave and everything is very easy to understand and if you don’t they will make sure they give you all the time you need to understand what we are doing and won’t leave you to fend for yourself if your nervous to come in just do it very happy with where I am rn
Great atmosphere. The gym is very beginner-friendly and perfect for anyone looking to pick up MMA as a hobby. Everyone is supportive and the coaches are very knowledgeable.
Great spot to train if you’re looking to get started in martial arts. Family friendly, great atmosphere and a great way to develop skills or stay/get into shape Located by the entrance under the parking garage.
