Both my daughter and son have been attending Family Fitness Karate & Kickboxing for almost three years and absolutely love it. Mr Jerry and Mr Xavier are great at what they do and truly care about the kids and help them to achieve their full potential. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We have been loyal attendees of Family Fitness Karate for 2 1/2 years. Mr. Jerry is an amazing, patient teacher and he clearly loves what he does — help children have stronger cores, can defend themselves all while teaching them solid principles. I know my child is safe when she’s under the care of the Family Fitness team. I thank you Master Vihn, and your team, for creating a fun safe space for kids!

We started more then six months ago and it was for my son to help him focus. During the time we also put our daughter into the program. They are doing great and they love karate. Master Vinh and the rest of his staff are very nice. Always greeting when you arrive. My children learn so much from the program also, they do different events with the children and their families which is amazing. Overall the program is great and I recommended any body to come and join.

Our son has been attending karate classes since October and we have noticed a significant improvement since. The instructors and staff are friendly and welcoming. Master Mike and Master Vinh are thorough in teaching technique and discipline while instilling respect and self confidence. Our son’s favorite part is the games or races played at the end of class. You can really see the excitement on the kids’ faces. True to their name, there is a sense of family and they invite parents to get involved during parents and me classes. Highly recommended.

Family Fitness Karate and Kickboxing has been an amazing experience! I signed my daughter up for the 6-week trial and we loved it! We are now full members, Master Vinh and Master Mike are amazing with the children! I've seen the focus and confidence that it has given my daughter. We truly love it here!
