It's undeniably the finest gym experience I've ever had. Coaches are some of the most friendly and knowledgeable individuals. Coaches go above and beyond to create a comfortable training environment that is personalized to your own goals. The members of the gym are just as friendly as the coaches. It doesn't just feel like a gym but a community. What is also drilled in class is practical for self-defense. During the Wednesday MMA class a few weeks ago, we worked on a standing ninja choke, which I ended up needing to use this past weekend at my security job to break up an altercation. This gym truly feels like home.
APEX is a great place to train and grow your skill in martial arts, the coaches are welcoming and encouraging. I recommend to anyone whether you plan on fighting or just want a great workout.
Have been training at APEX for over a year. All of the coaches here are extremely knowledgable and offer support and guidance no matter what your experience or goals may be. The members are very respectful and encouraging of your individual needs and goals as well. I promise you this place will quickly become a second home, and your peers will become family. Hands down the best place to train in the area. Come check it out!
