Great atmosphere! Trainers are super patient, beyond respectful and know how to push you to do your best while simultaneously making you feel no pressure!
Great place to go to learn boxing. Trainers are knowledgeable and care about their clients. No pressure from trainers to commit to anything more then you are willing to. Highly recommend if your looking to learn to box for sport, self defense, hobby/interest or just want to be a part of a community.
