Very unique in the world of Rocksteady Boxing. Three or four trainers per class. Trainers are very experienced professionals. Nina Preizler, who founded RSB Westchester in 2016, is incredibly conscientious and does all the intake assessments herself. A tight and close community of people fighting Parkinson’s. During RSB classes, the gym is closed to the public.

An absolutely wonderful program! Highly recommend for anyone with Parkinson’s Disease. The instructors are all amazing, compassionate and knowledgeable!!
