What I have witnessed over at at The Be First Boxing Gym is nothing less then amazing. I have waited way too long to write up a positive review about B1stB and their contribution to our community Be First Boxing is not just your ordinary boxing gym. The trainers take their own valuable and personal time to provide group fitness and 1 on 1 training. I have witnessed first hand the absolute transformation of young minds that have come in to the gym feeling insecure who then quickly transcends to a more secure individual I have watched over months of training and dedication by both trainers, and the youths who are dedicated to the regiment develop a healthy relationship between athlete and trainer/mentor bond I’ve witnessed first hand while spending time in the gym with Wes and the other coaches who make a difference in regard to the self confidence needed for adolescents in the teenage years. Shifts toward confidence and a feeling of wellbeing by these young participants becomes evident within a short period of time. The kids that are in the gym become very close and very supportive of each other If someone is accepted into the be first boxing family then there are rules and guidelines for young adolescents to maintain and follow. Be first boxing has both male and female youth who come in and develop a skillset that builds confidence, character, and a discipline virtue that is missing in our now common day youth Participants stand out compared to other adolescents in similar age groups after a short time of belonging to the Be First Boxing Family. I attribute this to both the trainer, and the discipline the young participants choose to follow on their own If any of this review sounds like it may be a good fit for young and growing minds that can use a solid role model in this difficult to navigate modern day environment, then Be First Boxing is my recommendation 5+ Stars for the hard work and dedication the Be First Boxing Family dedicates to our community youth
