My son has done two clinics here through Saratoga Rec. It's gritty and no frills but quality when it comes to boxing skills/ conditioning/instruction. It's worth noting, after years of YMCA and Saratoga rec programming, Coach Mike (while working their butts off) shows the kids more compassion, caring and connection in one week of classes than I've seen any sports instructor provide over the course of other programs eight weeks long. It's really special to watch him coach/teach.
This is incredible, I’ve only been to this place for 4 days. But it’s a real deal. This place isn’t that far away from my house. And the coach is an amazing person and boxer. This boxing club will make you become a full time boxer.
We’ve been coming here for a week now. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. the whole atmosphere is just incredible.
