EQBC Arena Boxing is literally the best gym out there. Everyone’s friendly, hardworking, and really pushes each other to get better. Coach Nick is the best - has a great vibe and super knowledgeable! Whether you’re new to boxing or have been training for years, I would try this place out!!!

EQBC is an amazing gym! The coaches are amazing, knowledgeable, supportive, and always bring great energy to every class. The people here are so friendly and welcoming and it is such a positive and motivating environment. Check out this gym to learn real boxing and stay in shape.
Great spot for all levels of boxing and fitness with every different bag you could think of. Now ran by veteran trainer Coach Al of EQBC who’s trained me for many years. Definitely worth checking out if you’ve been thinking about trying out a new gym or getting started with boxing .

As a true supporter and active fighter in the sport of boxing i can safely say that this place checks every box when it comes to a top notch gym. The gym itself is super clean with plenty of space to do any type of workouts you need along with really nice and up to date equipment and from what I understand that there is more to come. The staff is nonetheless but amazing! The coaches are no less than outstanding on focusing on all levels of boxing whether your stepping in to a boxing facility for the first time or a seasoned fighter looking for a home this place is definitely the one. This place is exactly what long Island needed, a fitness oriented place that now offers real boxing from coaches with a demonstrated history in the sport. So happy to be a member here!!! Highly reccomended!!!!!
