I love this place is very nice and Friendly,, the coach teach the boxing fundaments,, I recommend 100% but don’t forget everything is the Constance and is step by step

Has to be the best boxing gym in yonkers! I definitely recommend anyone who is interested in boxing and learning how to defend their selfs, to go to this gym. Great teacher, and he has an excellent way of teaching his students!!
This boxing gym thought me what boxing truly is. I hope to keep coming to this gym. Couch is a really great couch to have around. Brings you to your best and corrects your mistakes. What a great couch and a great gym. Totally recommend to others in need.
