Metrolina has a great group of people working there. As they teach they make it fun for the kids. My grandson loves it. I would highly recommend metrolina martial arts for not only children but adults as well.

I've been coming here for a little over a month now for Muay Thai classes with no prior experience in martial arts and the days I come in for class are without fail the best days of my week. All of the people, instructors and students alike are super nice and approchable and willing to help out the newbie. Lunchbox will make you work, he'll make you laugh, and he'll probably throw you on the floor a few times, but he'll also make sure you're learning while he does and can you really ask for more than that?

If you've never joined a martial arts gym before, it can be intimidating to pull the trigger. But rest assured, everyone here is helpful and welcoming! They've got a great community with passionate instructors. I came in entirely new and just finished my second week! Super glad I signed up; enjoyed every class I've attended! Even has me looking forward to Mondays now 🤣

We’ve been coming here since Dec, about 6 months now. My son absolutely loves the kids BJJ. Awesome balance of casual and challenging atmosphere in the class. Wide ranges of ages, skill levels and everyone works well together. It’s clean, sanitized, has great energy and also offer a variety of martial art classes for adults. The coaches are awesome, patient and super motivated and encouraging. Check out their offer for a free session! Highly recommended and will be continuing with classes!

Coach Ed and his staff are amazing and genuine people. His wife Ashley does all sorts of goodies for the kids. When we moved here from NY during pandemic they became friends quickly. They have helped my family out in more ways then just teaching them ju jitsu and Muay Thai. Proud to call them friends and an extension of our family.
