If you're ever in Eastern NC & a Veteran you gotta drop in to train with the dawgz. One of the hardest(& safest) rooms you'll ever be in. BRING WATER.

One of the greatest places to begin your journey in martial arts. I started training here over a year ago. With the guidance of Jamie and Rick from the beginning on basic mechanics, I was able to form my game based around those foundational concepts they laid out for me. I’ll always hold this gym as my home and a safe place to show up to become better. If you’re looking to get started or level up your game, this 95th SOACT is for you!

One of the best programs on post for service members. The instructors are very knowledgeable in their craft. At any given moment as well, because of the quality program you will find some the most elite martial artist making their way to their gym.

Whether you are brand new to combat sports or have been training for decades, I cannot recommend training here enough. If you want to improve, then come to the SOACT fight house. This is the best place to train in Fayetteville. The instructors are thoroughly experienced and knowledgeable, and they excel in their ability to teach. The culture among the fighters is both competitive and cooperative, which allows you to rapidly improve your skills, and will likely help you make a few friends along the way. Every soldier on Fort Liberty would benefit physically and mentally from training here. In 8 years and half a dozen gyms, this is far and away my favorite gym I’ve attended. Thank you to the SOACT team, you guys make this an awesome experience.

Absolutely amazing place to train. I have been training martial arts of one kind of another for over 20 years (most of it in traditional Karate), and this is one of my favorite places to train. The instructors are knowledgeable and capable teachers that work hard to maintain a gym where all skill levels can train, learn, and feel welcome. Even better than the instructors are the other students. No matter your skill or ability level, they are welcoming, helpful, and supportive. Whether you are looking to start training or to prepare for your next competition, this place has it all.
