This man knows how to take students to the next level. I was in a dark place years ago and he coached me through it. He showed me the potential within me that I didn't know existed. Words cannot explain what coach Amabir does. His athletic program is more like missionary work the way he changes lives. Thanks coach Amabir!!!

Coach Armarbir is the man. He makes sure you know your basics and FORCES you to give the session your all. Super grateful to have found him. Him and Charlie are both awesome instructors; highly recommend it!

One of the best boxing gym in Raleigh NC . Very knowledgeable coachs . Great place to put your kids of all ages in self defense and discipline. I recommend family and friends.
