this is the best boxing gym i've ever been to. first, the classes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays are awesome. it's not like boxfit classes, you actually learn real boxing technique. it's also not some hardcore, unapproachable gym, with a bunch of "tough guys," that are happy to hurt you to prove a point. The coaches actually teach you real techniques and push you to rep them out over and over again so you actually learn them. then, if you want to spar, they guide you with sparring drills before you are full on ready to spar - to make sure what you've learned will translate in the ring. 24/7 access, so i can come and hit the bag, or do boxing drills whenever i want. I wish I'd found this place sooner! shoutout to Coach Paul, Coach Ty, Coach Dille, Coach Lamar, Coach T, and the front desk guy (who is hilarious, I think his name is Josh).
Horrible spot, canceled my membership on May of 2025 , got charged all the way till December of 2025, tried calling in the cancel, no pick up. Just horrible customer service and staff. If ur looking for a good boxing gym that actually cares for you Sweets Boxing is the choice 100%
We were looking for a boxing class for my 11 year old daughter. From start to finish had the best experience!!! From Alex who got us set up with out free class, to setting up our membership... he made the whole thing easy and was so helpful!!! To the wide variety of times for classes during the week. They make it easy to just drop in on the days that work best for you. Coach Dilly and Coach Noble are AMAZING!!!! They are so good with the kids!!! They teach them not only boxing, but respect for themselves, each other and adults. My daughter has learned so much in a short month and a half. She's gained so much confidence too! I use their gym while she takes her classes. They have the perfect amount of equipment. Everything is clean, tons of space. I love the whole atmosphere! So welcoming and you feel comfortable. I am looking forward to taking a class! Definitely check them out! So glad we did!!!
A+ Gym experience. I've attended many of the public classes here and I got to say it's a fun atmosphere, friendly community, and classes have engaging/challenging workouts. I don't compete for boxing, I just like to learn the art and workout, so it's designed in a way that begineers can enjoy without focusing on advanced stuff. They also have advanced classes but it's separated. The structure they have in place for drop-in classes and posting schedules is consistent. I've also got to speak with the owner and he's a real dude, he has lots of wisdom to share. My main criticism of the gym is that I'm a morning person in terms of workouts and they have no a.m. fundamental classes excluding Saturdays. Another thing is that for non-advanced fundamentals, there's only one class a day. So these classes tend to get 30-40-50+ people easily on any given day so it's pretty crowded. The atmosphere is fun to workout with a huge crowd but it'd be great if there was either atleast one morning fundamental class for weekdays or two fundamental classes for evening to balance crowds a little bit. Either way, it's a great gym and that's really my only criticism. Lastly, one thing to point out is that the instructor's here that teach classes are actually very productive, I've had one come up to me outside class hours and give a 10-15 minute training session on how to do pullups, just in the moment stuff but it's well appreciated.
Signed my daughter (6 years old) for boxing personal training a few months ago! Stuart is her trainer and is absolutely awesome with her! She loves the sport and looks forward going to each session! The owner is a pretty cool down to earth guy and almost always there making sure everything is running smooth when he’s not teaching a class himself. All the staff there is really nice and supportive too! The gym itself is clean and well kept. I’m happy they opened their doors to the new younger generations. They aren’t teaching them how to fight, they are teaching them to defend themselves. If you are looking for something different for your child this is definitely it! They offer group child sessions or individual one on one sessions, what ever you prefer!
