We first started out with Coach Freddy in the fall last year (2025). I liked his patience with the children. He kept them active and engaged. Now we work more with Coach Chris 1v1. Chosen by my child specifically, after training with him on two occasions. He liked the way he trained him, and I agree he’s been great! Overall love the vibe and the different training styles.
Chris has been an awesome coach! Whether you are looking for somewhere to train or this is your first time, Light Bright is an excellent choice!!

Complete positive energy at this gym! EVERYONE motivates each other, helps each other, gives advice, etc. Thus is my favorite part. This place represents the environment a boxing gym is supposed to have. The Coaches are respectful and persistent. I recommend this gym for all ages. Men and women.. Hands down awesome environment. 👌
