This place is amazing!! My daughter is on the autism spectrum and LaCota and her team are so patient with her. Steven, my daughter's one on one coach always can find a way to get her to move and get in a workout. We love it here!

This isn’t just a typical gym/boxing gym. Without too long of a story I stumbled into Dominion at a time in life that I needed somewhere to belong and even though I was a traveler for work I was warmly welcomed and I loved the atmosphere. It’s clear Lakota puts everything into creating that space. Awesome layout, equipment and instruction. I highly recommend if you’re ever in the area to stop in and check it out!

Amazing gym great workout’s in the 5 am class and in the evening session after work great coach’s good workout equipment! I come in when I’m in town I travel for work definitely a great place to get a good workout and hit the bags ! They have skills class and training for beginners!
