Iron Nation is easily the one of, if not the best, gyms I have ever visited. The variety of equipment here is great, and there is a good rotation of different equipment every so often. Prices are also extremely reasonable for memberships. The best thing about this place is the people though. The members are phenomenal, and Laura (the owner / founder) is a truly amazing person. She has poured her heart and soul into creating something special for this city, and it shows every day. I highly recommend this gym to anyone, new or veteran lifter.

Best fitness decision I've made was Iron nation. The Atmosphere is great, all the members are nice, and Laura is incredible. From the day I signed up, I was treated like family.

Iron Nation is a great gym with equipment you can’t find in other places. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help if you have a question or need a hand. I highly recommend stopping by and seeing what they offer, you won’t be disappointed.

This is one of the best gyms in North Dakota. Atmosphere is excellent, the owner provides helpful guidance and amazing equipment, and the people have built a phenomenal and welcoming culture. I make it a point to go here for a lift every time in town and whether you’re an occasionally active person or a gym rat, THIS is the place to go.

Joined in February of 2025, best decision ever. I immediately clicked with the ladies, the atmosphere is so chill, welcoming and friendly. I can honestly say that I have an extended family at Iron Nation Gym… The owner Laura is the best, and her body is GOALS.. She’s an awesome trainer.
