I needed a change in my fitness routine to something more personalized than the gym I was at and a friend recommended Future. I am loving my new strength training workouts. I needed a space where I could go at my own pace, have guidance in my routine, and be pushed to achieve my goals. Future is an incredibly positive environment with people lifting each other up and trainers that take the time to ensure you are safe and reaching your potential. If you want a gym with alot of laughter, great equipment, a community feel, and space to crush your goals, look no further!
I have always struggled to know what to do in the gym to maximize my health but not hurt myself. Mark is amazing at listening to my physical concerns while also pushing me outside my comfort zone. He has his work cut out for him but he’s definitely making me “harder to kill”. The support group in my fitness class is phenomenal. They help me feel encouraged no matter what level I am at.
My son started working out at Future as part of the Hydra Aquatics dry land program. After two years, I was recommended the General Health and Strength program from a friend. I struggled for years to find a workout partly because I didn't know how to properly use the equipment, and partly because I was intimidated by gym environments. I decided to come to a class and joined immediately. Our morning group quickly became family to me and the results from consistently showing up and doing the work have been increasingly evident. I feel the best I've felt in fifteen years. We have a blast, work hard, the workouts change weekly and keep us motivated and challenged. Mark and Jack have been great coaches throughout and I've not only come to love the gym but honestly cannot live without it. Both of my boys now train with Ryan and Isaac and LOVE their workouts as well. Thank you, Future, for giving our family your best so we can be our best!
We love Future X! Since joining in November 2024 my husband and I have lost a combined 80 pounds. The atmosphere is so family friendly and makes it easy to come back day after day. We Drive by multiple gyms on our way to Future X, but I cant imagine going anywhere else. They have classes and fitness activities for all ages and skill levels. Highly Recommend!!!
I love Future Fitness! The campus is extensive and well managed! The coaches are professional and excellent. I would recommend this gym for anyone new or experienced in fitness.
