It's always great to stop in to see these young athletes train and learn the discipline to excel in life. Trainers and staff are always courteous and helpful keeping everyone safe. If you know anyone looking to get a great workout and understand the fundamentals of boxing.. This is a great place to train.

I had the pleasure to train with Rocky and Alecia Defrank this past week. They gave me the opportunity to speak with the youth athletes about being a professional in the fight world. These guys have a wonderful program to help young adults and kids stay off the street, work towards positive goals, compete at a high level, and even chase an Olympic Boxing dream! I can't wait to head back and help these kids be a part of a positive community!
