Went for the first time today and the staff was absolutely amazing and extremely welcoming. It was a great workout and I had a lot of fun. Will definitely be back!

I came by unannounced but Grace, Cody and Owen greeted me with big friendly smiles and welcomed me into the gym like I was family. Both Mike and Danny's boxing and kickboxing classes were motivational and they maintained a high level of intensity, cardio, fitness, active rest in between rounds and ab work at the end of class. Great staff, great coaches and a clean facility. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get in and/or stay fit!

I love all about this place. The policy is very easy going and you reserve/cancel your spot trough an App. I think the price is more reasonable for 2 persons that 1. All the staff is really friendly. The instructors challenge you in a different way. Every class worth it. If you don't get tired or sweat, is because you don't play hard!! I just hope with the time they can have some 60 minutes classes because these are challenging!!

My brother and I just took our first free class last week and decided to start a membership right after. Neither of us had worked out in a while and the class was intense but we felt comfortable taking a break when needed. Our instructor was awesome and constantly checked in with us. We were so afraid to go but are so glad we did. Looking forward to continuing to attend classes here! If you think this is something you might be interested in, just do it. Everybody starts somewhere and this is one of the best places to start:)
