Very good instructors, focus on lots of fundamentals which are the key aspects of the art of Muay Thai. Would definitely check them out if you wanted to get into Martial Arts. It’s a great workout, a lot of fun and you learn fighting skills.
Best mixed martial arts gym in the area. Training for all age ranges. Coaches are friendly, informative, and can easily adjust to level of training.
School is awesome instructor is very patient with our 5 year old and we love it so much her father is going to join the school as well.
