Man, this place is a little gym. Frank is such a good coach. So great with Kids. Love the work they are doing here great experince.
This gym is very knowledgeable about the sport of boxing! They teach the science of the sport! This gym is run by trainers with years of experience who know how to meet your needs, whether you want personal training, or group classes they will be your one stop club. You decide if you want to compete or just get in shape with boxing regime. Highly recommend!!!

Coach Hanshaw is an amazing coach who is not only personable but extremely knowledgeable. Blessed to call him a coach and a friend.
Came in with no boxing background whatsoever and the one on one sessions have been awesome. I leave the session tired and learning more every time, and can’t wait for the next one to begin. It doesn’t matter how much experience, or your fitness level you’re going to take away something every time. I recommend it to all my friends and coworkers constantly.
