Im not a competing opponent I just simply showed up for the intense workouts. I was welcomed with open arms. YGBC has the absolute best coaches. If your minds right and you truly want to make change in your life I highly recommend this gym.

Just started at this gym maybe 2 weeks ago very nice atmosphere. The people and coaches will make you feel like you’re just at home.
The best place around no the best place on the planet!! Such a great atmosphere for people of all ages and genders. I have never been apart of something that feels so special. Everyday I walk into the gym coach Diamond addresses me and asks about my day. Couldn’t have a better coach than her. Great workouts every time no matter what class you show up to. Very flexible as well as an adult competitor I’m able to still show up at any time I am available it doesn’t always have to be the adult classes. The veterans of the gym all stepped up to help me feel welcomed as well as helping me receive knowledge. There is no place like YG it is a home for all those who wish it to be!!
Young guardians MMA in St Marys is a GREAT program for everyone ... from very young children to tweens, and from young men and ladies to adults! Ms Diamond Long is a skilled, extremely knowledgeable, and professional instructor who takes time with each student to properly train them in this sport. She also inspires and encourages them to compete when they are ready. I have observed my grandson in her program and have found her to be interested in the “whole person” ... their grades, hobbies, friends, etc. What parent could not benefit from an asset like that in their child’s life! I have seen tremendous growth and confidence in my grandchild. Very, very well done Ms Diamond! Thank you and your staff.
