Title Boxing is a great place to workout. The routines are good for both cardio, balance and strength improvement. Hitting the heavy bag is a good way to work off stress also. The atmosphere is very relaxed without pressure to compete with others, and the routines are modifiable depending on your level of fitness. There are also special events to help motivate. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable and listen to suggestions for music and additional exercises. Also there are early morning as well as weekend classes. Highly recommended.
It’s a great substitute to the gym as it combined some boxing and weight lifting. Trainers are cool, willing to help if you’re doing something wrong. Workout schedule it’s very flexible.
I came in on a whim looking to get past the intimidation of trying something new, and of all the places I could’ve visited for the first time, this had to have been the best. Both the staff and members were so patient and encouraging despite my lack of experience, and the class I attended was nothing shy of great. If you’re in the same situation I was in before, then I’m sure you’ll have a great first experience here too. Take a chance and have some fun with it while you’re at it!
The classes at Title Boxing have been the first fitness classes I've ever taken where I'm excited to keep going back again and again. The workout is great, every trainer at the Pickerington gym has been excellent, and the environment is super welcoming to people of all fitness levels. I always feel encouraged to try my hardest, but never judged if I'm struggling through it, and I appreciate that so much. Special shout out to Virginia for her extra words of encouragement when I was first getting started, not sure if I would have kept coming back otherwise.
I’ve been attending title since the end of February and at first I was very nervous. But all the staff make you feel very comfortable, welcomed, and a champ! I quickly found my favorite trainers and find myself pushing to go harder. I love the staff, classes, and of course the music. Oh and not to mention I lost 20 lbs in 3 months doing 3-4 classes a week and proper diet. 🏋🏽💪🏽🥊
