All of the trainers here are very helpful;friendly and encouraging. I always learn something new and I am seeing the benefits of the workouts that each trainer teaches . I enjoy the physical and mental health benefits of the workouts at Title Powell.
Title is amazing! I know I’m going to get a great workout each time I walk through the door. The 5:30am class has the best group of people which make it that much easier to get up in the morning!
This place is great for beginners and all skill levels. The trainers know what they’re talking about and I underestimated how much cardio would be involved. The best part was the customer service, especially by Harry. He puts members first and makes sure you have a good experience. He is also quick to solve any issues with memberships or pricing.
I liked how each workout was unique yet had some familiarity to the patterns, so I could feel myself get better each time while being challenged. All of the coaches were very nice and empowering. The music was great too. After some years of Covid at home workouts, going to a class felt great.
