I’ve been a member of a few boxing gyms over the years, including another TITLE club in a different state. I started with Strongsville at the top of the year and I love it. I’ve taken a few different instructors and have gone to both their Boxing 45 and Box & Lift 50 classes. I appreciate that the instructors are encouraging and motivating, and they give alternatives to moves that may be more difficult. I appreciate the ability to go at my own pace without worrying about the instructor pushing to over exert myself. I’m about halfway into a 20 class package and will definitely continue after that runs out!

Great workout, friendly and welcoming environment, and reasonable prices. I’ve recommended TITLE in Strongsville to everyone I talk with about exercise. So far I’ve got one family member on board and- hopefully- two more to go! Thanks Heather & Team, y’all are the BEST!!!

I absolutely love the vibe at TBC Strongsville. Every single coach is outstanding, the workouts are fun yet challenging, and I’ve really enjoyed becoming a part of the community of TBC Strongsville since starting my membership earlier this year. I 10 out of 10 recommend it to anyone!

If you love working out it will challenge you. If you hate working out it's easy to get into because everyone is supportive in scaling to your ability and a class is less than an hour of your time. In my case, by the time I get into a normal gym and decide what I want to do I've wasted 15-20 minutes. Most importantly it is always a lot of fun to get in the gym and hit the heavy bag.
I loved that our trainer, Julie, gave modifications for each movement during the warm ups and throughout the session. The music choice was well thought out and was in sync with the movements. Before the workout, Julie took the time to wrap up our wrists, give us gloves, and even walked us through the cues and punches she would be calling out during class. During the workout, she came up to my friend and I to help us with our form. If you were ever confused during the class, she came over to your bag and showed you what to do. Julie knew when to push us and when to give us breaks. I appreciated her attentiveness! The entire session was very motivating and I am very likely going to come in again soon!
