All Or None Athletics is the BEST gym! It is very well equipped, and the cleanest gym ever. The owner (Eli) is friendly and approachable. He creates personalized workouts when you join, according to your fitness goals. Eli takes the time to go through each exercise with you, to make sure you are comfortable and are using the correct form. The personalized workouts, make getting into a routine so much easier. Eli or Amy are always there, to answer questions and offer encouragement. All Or None has such a positive atmosphere. Do yourself a favor, and check it out!
Absolutely Awesome!! Eli is a great motivator and trainer. Will help you every step of the way no matter your circumstances. People all are respectful and positive. Definitely recommend to come here.
Beyond happy I found this place, been wanting to go pro for years and Eli definitely has been helping making that dream come to fruition, I'm grateful I met him and the gym feels like a second home now
Great little gym with equipment and offerings to fit anyone's needs and help you reach your goals! Owner is extremely knowledgeable, personable and truly cares to get to know you and find what works best for you. He can provide guidance on workouts, nutrition, personal training and fitness boxing. Highly recommend! Try it and you won't be disappointed!
My husband and I have been working out with Eli for over a year and a half. We’re both in better shape than we have been for years! We both feel great after the workouts and love the endorphin rush. We hate missing any session. It’s work, but the payoff is AMAZING!!! BTW: we’re both 70+😉
