Absolutely love this place and the staff .. Larry Pacifico and all the other guys are great motivators and very knowledgeable... Great support and great personal training... This place feels "Old School" body building gym ..

Awesome traditional taekwondo training at this place. Very strong forms and sparring... The Master is great and will push you to be better...

True powerlifting gym. So much equipments, so many options, weights, boxing , ju jitsu, other martial arts, etc 5*

It's like a family, great people, work out, train, mma. Doesn't matter they got you. Really miss this gym wish I lived closer. Never felt like I didn’t belong, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Can’t stress this enough, it’s like the family you didn’t know you were missing. I see kids, families, professional competitors, even Pacifico. They have an app also to get in 24 hours. You should go, you won’t regret it

Best gym in the whole Dayton area. Great energy, great music, killer equipment. It’s a great place for serious athletes and lifters as well as beginners! The Staff was friendly and helpful. They keep it super clean and organized. The owner was so gracious and helpful. I recommend to anyone and everyone in the area!
