It’s a great boxing gym but the we need more hours to train
I’ve been going to this gym for almost a year now and I have to say that Coach Roderick and Coach Tyrone are amazing and so is the gym! They go out of their way yo help every single one of their students and they are very acceptable in price. They have equipment for just about everything and have a lot of people going there with legit history in boxing and I’ve seen people of all ages and shapes come in. It doesn’t matter what your experience is. I recommend this gym to everyone and anyone in boxing, experienced or new!
This is a great gym! I had my daughter and son in this last year. The coaches are fantastic and care. They are not giving you the pretty wrapped in a bow training that all of these other programs give and then you don’t see results. They give you the real no b.s training you NEED and WANT. My kids always came out with a good sweat going. The practice ran like clockwork, which I liked and they loved going! The price is straight forward and easy signup process!! The only reason my kids are not there is because their other sports schedule got to busy and my kids used this program mainly for conditioning and getting in shape. If it wasn’t for that, they would be there.
Took my grandson for his 2nd boxing lesson. I really like the people there. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Really good atmosphere.
