Conquer MMA with Cortez Coleman is the real deal. Some of the best striking and American Jiu-Jitsu you can learn, hands down. Coach Cortez brings high-level experience and breaks everything down in a way that makes sense for all levels. His MMA professor is Matt Hughes, and he’s an American Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Brandon Quick, who runs the AGF circuit — so the lineage and competition credibility are solid. The striking is sharp, technical, and fight-ready. The AJJ program blends strong fundamentals with modern systems that translate directly to competition. You’re not just learning moves — you’re learning structure, pressure, and how to perform under intensity. The culture is disciplined, motivating, and built for real growth. This organization is great! My kid loves going to the classes taught by coach Curtis. He is learning a lot and coach always helps each and every kid with technique and proper form. When the owner, Mr. Cortez, is there he always pulls a kid to the side for some 1 on 1 lessons. They are great with all the kids and instill a ton of confidence in them. Couldn't be happier!
Jordyn at the front desk is the pinnacle of what customer service should be! We signed our son up for kickboxing and I was honestly lost when it came to using the ap for scheduling...Jordyn went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even on her day off! She is truly a treasure and deserves recognition for her dedication and kindness ❤️
The gym has moved and now is on main street between Townsend and Broadway. Excellent gym, great coaches, great gym family. The nogi grappling is especially elite.
