I started coming to Rt 66 Functional Fitness as a complete newbie. I was really nervous and uncomfortable, but Jeree is a great coach and she really emphasizes Safety and proper movement. I have improved a lot and my confidence in the gym has grown. It’s a great place to get stronger!
